Time :

All entries must be Purchased by the deadline of 11:59 pm IST, February 28, 2023.

Eligibility :

The Awards are open to individuals and companies who have shot images or films between 1st Jan 2021 – Till Last date Of Submission.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old for registration.

  • Images and videos should not have watermarks and logos on them.
  • It is permissible for an image or a film to be entered in multiple categories if it represents that category.
  • Print entries are not accepted. Hence prints and any other submission methods will not be accepted.
  • Entries once submitted, cannot be edited or changed.

Registration Process

  • Registration and payment can be done online at Capturing WOW Awards
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is done.
  • Further, a form will be sent through email where you will be uploading your entries.
  • Once you submit the form, our team will go through the entries and verify them, incase of any missed details or incomplete fields the team will reach out to you.
  • Note: If your entries aren’t eligible and are rejected, Cannot be refunded.

Uploading Process

  • Registration & Payment can be done online at Capturing WOW Awards
  • Upload the images on the form sent through email.
  • Films must be uploaded on google drive first and then the link to it must be shared in the form with access.
  • Images and videos should not have watermarks and logos on them.
  • Last date to upload your images and films is 28th February, 2023
